| | Green pepper, cut fine | | 1/4
| cup | Rice | | 1
| small | Onion, chopped | | 1 1/4
| cup | Tomatoes | | 1/2
| tsp | Chili powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown the beef, onion and green pepper in your favorite skillet. | | 2 | Put in a casserole. | | 3 | Add chili powder, tomatoes and rice. | | 4 | Bake for 45 minutes in a covered casserole in a 350 degree oven. | | 5 | No beans! |
