| can | Tomato sauce (15 oz) | | 1
| can | Whole kernel corn, drained | | | (15 ?oz) | | 2
| cup | Cheddar cheese (shredded) | | 2
| cup | "BISQUICK" Baking mix | | 1
| cup | Milk | | | 2 ea Eggs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. | | 3 | Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. | | 4 | Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. | | 5 | Sprinkle with cheese. | | 6 | stir remaining ingredients until blended. | | 7 | Pour over beef mixture. | | 8 | bake 35 min or until light golden brown. | | 9 | Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired. | | 10 | prep time: 18 min bake time: 35 min |
