| | Tomatoes | | 1

| oz | Tomato paste | | 1
| lbs | Yellow cheese, grate | | | -d/divided in 2 | | 1/2
| lbs | Fresh mushrooms | | 2
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | | Salt and pepper, to taste | | | Red pepper, to taste | | 10
| oz | Vermicelli |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: ddmmom/aol brown ground beef until it is no longer pink. | | 2 | Add onion and gari. | | 3 | Fry on medium heat until onion is soft. | | 4 | Add tomatoes and tomato paste, cooking u ntil most of the mositure is gone. | | 5 | Add half of grated cheese (rat cheese or mild cheddar) and stir until melted. | | 6 | Add mushrooms, cut in half if large, worcestershire sauce, black and red pepper to taste and salt (start with ?teaspoon). | | 7 | Boil vermicelli until al dente. | | 8 | Add to sauce. | | 9 | Place in shallow casserole and top with rest of grated cheese. | | 10 | Bake in 300°F. | | 11 | To 325°F. oven until b ubbly and cheese is melted nicely, about 45 minutes. |
