Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground beef
1 largeOnion, chopped
14 Tomatoes
1 clGarlic, minced
6 ozTomato paste
1 lbsYellow cheese, grate
-d/divided in 2
1/2 lbsFresh mushrooms
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Red pepper, to taste
10 ozVermicelli
Procedures:
1Recipe by: ddmmom/aol brown ground beef until it is no longer pink.
2Add onion and gari.
3Fry on medium heat until onion is soft.
4Add tomatoes and tomato paste, cooking u ntil most of the mositure is gone.
5Add half of grated cheese (rat cheese or mild cheddar) and stir until melted.
6Add mushrooms, cut in half if large, worcestershire sauce, black and red pepper to taste and salt (start with ?teaspoon).
7Boil vermicelli until al dente.
8Add to sauce.
9Place in shallow casserole and top with rest of grated cheese.
10Bake in 300°F.
11To 325°F. oven until b ubbly and cheese is melted nicely, about 45 minutes.
