Zucchini oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cupMargarine
3/4 cupHoney
1 Egg
2 cupWhole Wheat Flour
1 tspBaking Soda
1 tspGround Cinnamon
1/4 tspGround Cloves
1/2 tspGround Nutmeg
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupGrated Zucchini
1 cupRolled Oats
1 cupChopped Dates Or Raisins
Procedures:
1Cream margarine with honey.
2Add egg and beat well.
3Sift flour with soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and salt.
4Add flour mixture alternately with zucchini to egg mixture.
5Stir in oats and dates.
6Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheets.
7Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
