Zucchini frisbees

Ingredients:
3 cupFlour
1 1/2 tspSoda
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
1 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspCloves
3/4 cupShortening
1/2 cupWhite sugar
1 cupBrown sugar, packed
2 Eggs
2 tspVanilla
2 cupPeeled, grated zucchini
3/4 cupRaisins
1/2 cupChopped nuts
Procedures:

2sift together flour, soda, powder, salt and spices.
3Cream shortening with sugars; beat in eggs and flavoring.
4Add dry ingredients alternately with zucchini.
5Stir in raisins and nuts.
6Drop in ?cup quantities onto greased cookie sheets.
7Spread out to 5 inches diameter.
8Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
9Cool 1 minute and remove and cool on racks.
10If desired, frost with powdered sugar glaze.
11Can make into smaller cookies.
12Makes 20 big ones or more smaller ones.
