1 1/2 cupSUGAR
1/2 cupBUTTER
1 tspVANILLA
3 1/2 cupFLOUR
2 tspBAKING POWDER

1 cupCHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 cupCHOPPED NUTS
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and drop by spoonsful on a baking sheet.
2Bake at 350 deg f. for 12 to 13 minutes.
