| 1 | Combine granulated sugar, flour and unbeaten egg whites. |

| 6 | Drop by tablespoons onto lightly buttered baking sheets. |
| 7 | Spread batter in 3" circles. |
| 8 | Bake 3 or 4 at a time on large baking sheet. |
| 9 | Bake at 350°F. |
| 10 | 8-10 minutes or until browned. |
| 11 | Remove to wire rack to cool. |
| 12 | Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste. |
