White chocolate nut cookies

Ingredients:
1 cupButter Flavor Crisco
2 tbspMilk
3/4 cupBrown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cupSugar, granulated
1 Egg
1 1/2 tspVanilla
1 3/4 cupFlour, all purpose
1 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
1 packWhite Chocolate baking bar
- 6 ounce package, cut into
- ?to ?inch pieces
1 cupNuts, coarsely chopped
- almonds, pecans, walnuts
- macadamias etc...
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 20 minutes bake time: 8 minutes Heat oven to 375°F.
2Cream butter flavor crisco and milk in a large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
3Add brown and granulated sugar gradually.
4Beat in egg and vanilla.
5Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
6Add to creamed mixture.
7Mix well.
8Stir in white chocolate and nuts.
9Drop level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
10Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.
11Cool on baking sheet one minute.
12Remove to cooling rack.
13Makes 5 dozen 2 inch cookies.
