Whipped shortbread

Ingredients:
1 lbsSoft Margarine
1/2 cupCornstarch
1 cupSifted icing sugar
3 cupFlour
1 1/4 tspVanilla or almond flavoring
Procedures:
1Cream margarine.
2Add icing sugar and cornstarch a little at a time.
3Add flour gradually and beat until it until it resembles whipped cream.
4Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
5Bake at 325°F for 12-20 min, or until light brown on the bottom.
6(golden, but not brown on top).
7Delicious, melts in your mouth.
8Can top with a bit of candied cherry, or a nut.
