| cup | Quick-cooking Oatmeal |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk; stir over low heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. | | 2 | Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oatmeal. | | 3 | Stir thoroughly. | | 4 | Cool 15 minutes, the drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed=paper lined cookie pans. | | 5 | These are almost like candy, too |
