Ingredients:
| 3/4
| cup | Butter Flavor Crisco | | 1 1/4
| cup | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 1
| | Egg | | 1/3
| cup | Milk | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 3
| cup | Quick Oats, not instant or | | | -old fashioned | | 1
| cup | Raisins | | 1
| cup | Coarsely chopped walnuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Combine butter flavor crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl. | | 3 | Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. | | 4 | Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. | | 5 | Mix into creamed mixture at low speed just until blended to make cookie dough. | | 6 | Stir into cookie dough, one at a time, oats, raisens and nuts with spoon. | | 7 | Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. | | 8 | Bake at 375f for 13 minutes or until set. | | 9 | Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet. | | 10 | Remove to cooling rack. | | 11 | Makes about 30 cookies. |
