Lemon steaks ( sirloin, new york strip )

Ingredients:
2 tbspEACH-OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE
2 lbsMEAT, SIRLOIN OR STRIP STEAK
1 xLEMON, CUT IN HALF
1 xSALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Procedures:
1In a small bowl, stir together oil and lemon juice.
2Place steaks in a close fitting pan and pour oils over the top.
3Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
4Place steaks on a rack in the broiler pan.
5Place pan 3 inches from from heat, broil for 5 minutes on each side or till done to desired liking when cut.
6Transfer to a cutting board and thinly slice; squeeze lemon over slices and season to taste with salt and pepper
