Lemon-herbed steak & vegetables

Ingredients:
2 Beef top loin steaks
- boneless, cut 1" thick
- (approx. ?lb. each)
2 tbspButter, melted
1 tbspFresh lemon juice
Salt
1 lbsGreen Giant Vegetables*
SEASONING
2 largeGarlic cloves, minced
2 tspGrated lemon peel
1 tspDried thyme leaves
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:

2Remove 1 tablespoon seasoning; press evenly into both sides of beef steaks.
3Stir butter, lemon juice and ?teaspoon salt into remaining seasoning in bowl; set aside.
4Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals.
5Grill 16 to 18 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
6Meanwhile prepare vegetables according to package directions.
7Combine vegetables and reserved butter mixture; toss to coat.
8Trim fat from steaks.
9Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; season with salt, as desired.
10Serve with vegetables.
