1 Jar apricot preserves-10 oz
1 tspVanilla
2 Eggs
1 3/4 cupAll purpose flour
1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
1 cupBananas, thinly sliced about
-2 medium
3/4 cupNuts, chopped (your choice)
Powdered sugar
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
3In large bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine, preserves, vanilla, and eggs; blend well.
4Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off
