Ingredients:
3/4 lbsFlank steak
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspDry sherry
2 tbspPeanut oil
1 Clove garlic, minced

-follows)
1 cupThin, diagonally sliced
-carrots
1 medOnion, cut into chunks
1 - 16 oz can cut green beans
1 cupSliced fresh mushrooms
Procedures:
1Source: mainbeef.zip slice meat into thin bite-size pieces, cutting across the grain.
2Combine with cornstarch, sherry, 1 tablespoon oil and the garlic.
3Marinate for 30 minutes.
4Prepare lemon ginger sauce; set aside.
5Heat wok or skillet.
6Add remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
7Stir fry the meat 2 to 3 minutes or just until cooked.
8Remove from pan; set aside.
9Add carrot and onion.
10Stir fry for 2 minutes.
11Add 1 tablespoon of bean liquid.
12Cover and steam for 2 minutes or until tender crisp.
13Add drained beans, mushrooms and lemon ginger sauce.
14Bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent.
15Add meat; heat through.
16Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
