Ingredients:
1 lbsSirloin Butt Steak, cut into
-bite-sized pieces
3 tbspVegetable oil
1 tspSalt
2 tspGrated lemon peel
2/3 cupBeef broth
1 lbsFresh snow peas (Chinese pea
-pods)
1/2 cupSliced freash mushrooms
1/4 cupFresh lemon juice
1 tbspCornstarch
1/8 tspGround ginger
Procedures:
1Hot, cooked rice heat oil with salt in wok or heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
2Stir-fry steak pieces until browned.
3Sprinkle with lemon peel.
4Add broth, peas and mushrooms.
5Stir-fry 1 minute longer.
6Combine lemon juice with cornstarch.
7Add to beef and cook until thickened and bubbly.
8Stir in ginger.
9Serve with hot, cooked rice.
