| | AMERICA'S CUT(TM) Chops | | | -(1-?inch thick boneless | | | -pork loin chops) | | 1/2
| cup | PROGRESSO Bread Crumbs | | | -(Italian-Style) | | 1
| tbsp | Margarine or butter, melted | | 2
| tsp | Grated lemon peel | | 1
| tsp | Dried basil leaves | | 1
| | Egg, slightly beaten | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| cup | PROGRESSO Marinara Sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 375 °F. | | 2 | Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan. | | 3 | Combine bread crumbs, margarine, lemon peel and basil. | | 4 | In small bowl, combine egg and lemon juice. | | 5 | Brush chops with egg, then dip in crumb mixture to coat top and sides. | | 6 | Bake at 375 °F. | | 7 | For 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160 °F., turning once halfway through baking. | | 8 | In small saucepan, heat marinara sauce. | | 9 | Serve over chops. | | 10 | Makes 4 servings. |
