| 1 | Mix margarine, sugar & eggs. |

| 3 | Soft dry ingredients together & stir in cream mixture. |

| 5 | Chill at least 1 hour. |
| 6 | Dropp by teaspoon 2" apart on ungreased pan. |
| 7 | Bake until delicately brown. |
| 8 | Touch lightly; no fingerprint when done. |
| 9 | Cookies are soft. |
| 10 | Remove, cool & frost. |
| 11 | Frosting: mix sugar & milk. |
| 12 | Stir in vanilla & salt. |
| 13 | Melt margarine & chocolate together. |
| 14 | Add to sugar mixture & stir until thick. |
| 15 | Spread on cooled cookies. |
| 16 | Do not make icing ahead of time |
