Soft lemonade cookies

Ingredients:
1 cupButter or margarine
-softened
1 cupSugar
2 Eggs
3 cupUnbleached flour
1 tspBaking soda
6 ozFrozen lemonade concentrate
--- thawed and divided
Additional sugar
Procedures:
1Recipe by: _taste of home_ may 1996 preparation time: 1:30 in a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
2Combine flour and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture alternately with 1/3 cup of lemonade concentrate.
3Mix well.
4Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
5Bake for 8 minutes.
6Remove to wire racks.
7Brush with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with additional sugar.
8Cool.
9Yield: approximately 6 dozen.
