| 1 | Cream sugar and shortening. |
| 2 | Add egss one at a time to blend. |
| 3 | Add drained pineapple and nuts. |
| 4 | Comebine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. |
| 5 | Blend into a stiff mixture. |
| 6 | Drop by tbs. |
| 7 | On a lightly gresaed cookie sheet a few inches apart. |
| 8 | Bake 350 about 15 minutes or until browned at edges and appears set. |
| 9 | Remove to racks to cool. |
| 10 | Makes 3 to 4 dozen note: for those of you who dont know what crisco is: its a white solid vegetable fat with a creamy texture. |
| 11 | When melted its used to fry things or left as is, its used for baking purposes. |
