Ingredients:
2 cupBUTTER OR MARGARINE
1/2 cupSUGAR
1 tspSALT
2 tspVANILLA EXTRACT
4 cupALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cupPECANS
1/2 cupCONFECTIONERS SUGAR
Procedures:
1Combine butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
2Stir in flour and pecans.
3Place on ungreased sheet pans.
4Bake at 300f for 30 to 40 minutes.
5Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
