GROUND CINNAMON
Procedures:

Heat oven to 4000°F.

Mix 1 ?sugar, the margarine, shortening and eggs in a large bowl.

Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

Shape into balls, using rounded teaspoonfuls of dough.

Mix cinnamon and three tablespoons of sugar.

Roll balls in mixture.

Place about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake until set, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove from baking sheet immediately.
