Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupSUGAR
1/2 cupMARGARINE
1/2 cupSHORTENING
2 eachEGGS
2 3/4 cupFLOUR
2 tspCREAM OF TARTAR
1 tspBAKING SODA
1/4 tspSALT
3 tbspSUGAR
3 tspGROUND CINNAMON
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 4000°F.
2Mix 1 ?sugar, the margarine, shortening and eggs in a large bowl.
3Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
4Shape into balls, using rounded teaspoonfuls of dough.
5Mix cinnamon and three tablespoons of sugar.
6Roll balls in mixture.
7Place about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
8Bake until set, about 8 to 10 minutes.
9Remove from baking sheet immediately.
