Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Grease cookie sheet. | | 3 | In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. | | 4 | Add eggs; mix well. | | 5 | In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, soda and salt. | | 6 | Add to sugar mixture; mix well. | | 7 | Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. | | 8 | In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon; sprinkle lightly over each cookie. | | 9 | Bake 8 to 10 minutes. | | 10 | Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack. | | 11 | Wis/gramma. |
