Cream of tartar

Procedures:

Cream butter; add 1 c. sugar gradually.

Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Blend in sifted flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.

Shape into balls, using a level teaspoonful of dough; roll in combined sugar and cinnamon.

Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 400 degrees about 8 minutes.

Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
