Ingredients:
3/4 cupButter or margarine
- softened
2/3 cupSugar
1 Egg
1 tspVanilla extract
3 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspSalt
8 Milk Chocolate Bars
-(HERSHEY'S), 1.55 oz. each
3 1/2 cupMinature marshmallows
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
3In large bowl, beat butter.
4Add sugar; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy.
5Blend in egg and vanilla.
6Stir in graham cracker crumbs, flour and salt.
7Set aside 2-?cups graham cracker crumb mixture.
8Press remaining mixture into bottom of prepared pan.
9Place candy bars, side by side, breaking to fit, if necessary, on top of mixture in pan.
10Sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top of chocolate bars in pan.
11Crumble reserved graham cracker crumb mixture on top of marshmallows.
12Bake 30 minutes.
13Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.
14Cut into bars; cool completely.
15About 24 bars.
