Ingredients:
3 tbspMargarine
1/2 cupFirmly packed brown sugar
2 cupMiniature marshmallows
4 cupOven-toasted rice cereal
2 cupWhole wheat flake cereal
Vegetable cooking spray
Procedures:
1Recipe by: cooking light year: 1993 issue: jan/feb melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2Add sugar; stir well.
3Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly.
4Remove from heat; stir in cereals.
5Press cereal mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
6Let cool for 1 hour.
7Yield: 18 servings (serving size: 1 [3- x 2-inch] bar).
