Ingredients:
1/8 cupAM Amaranth Seed
3/4 cupAM Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cupHoney
3/4 cupAM Rice Flour
1/4 cupButter
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients well to make a smooth dough.
2Roll out ?to ?inch thick into an approximate 8" circle.
3Score halfway through the dough.
4Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 17 minutes at 350°F.
5Cut into wedges after cooled and serve.
