Ingredients:
1/4 lbsBulk Italian Sausage
1 eachLarge Egg Yolk, Beaten
1 tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cupPizza Sauce
2 tbspShredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbspChopped Onion
1/4 cupCream-style Cottage Cheese
2 eachLasagna Noodles, Cooked
1 1/2 tbspWater or Dry Red Wine
Procedures:
1Crumble the italian sausage into a 15-ounce casserole.
2Stir in onion.
3Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 2 to 3 minutes or till sausage is done and onion is tender.
4Drain off fat.
5Stir in beaten egg yolk, cream-style cottage cheese, and grated parmesan cheese.
6Spread each lasagna noodle with half of the meat mixture.
7Roll up jelly-roll style, starting at short edge.
8Place, seam side down, in small greased baking dish.
9Stir together the pizza sauce and water or dry red wine.
10Pour atop the lasagna rolls in the baking dish.
11Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 2 to 3 minutes or till the lasagna roll are heated through.
12Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese atop the lasgna rolls.
13Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power abnout 30 seconds more or till the cheese is just melted
