Ingredients:
2 1/2 tbspMelted butter
1 cupBrown sugar, packed
2 eachEggs, separated
2 1/2 cupRolled oats
2 tspBaking powder
1 tspVanilla
1/8 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Combine the butter, sugar, egg yolks, rolled oats, baking powder, and vanilla and beat well.
2Whip the egg whites until they are stiff and fold them and the salt into the other ingredients.
3Drop by teaspoonfuls, 3 inches apart, onto a nonstick cookie sheet.
4Bake 375f for 10 min. cal: 53, fat: 1/5g.
