Pecan turtle bars

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 1/2 cupPacked brown sugar, divided
1/2 cupButter, softened
1 cupPecan halves
2/3 cupButter
1 cupMilk chocolate pieces
Procedures:
1Combine flour, 1 cup brown sugar and softened butter in large mixer bowl.
2Beat at medium speed of electric mixer 2-3 minutes or until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
3Pat mixture evenly onto bottom of ungreased 13x9" baking pan.
4Sprinkle pecans evenly over crumb mixture.
5combine 2/3 cup butter and remaining ?brown sugar in small saucepan.
6Cook and stir over medium heat until entire surface is bubbly.
7Cook and stir ?to 1 minute more.
8Pour into pan, spreading evenly over crust.
9Bake in 350°F.
10Oven 18-20 minutes or until entire surface is bubbly.
11Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with chocolate pieces.
12Let stand 2-3 minutes to sllow chocolate to melt; use knife to swirl chocolate slightly.
13Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
14Use sharp knife to cut into 48 bars.
