Ingredients:
1 pack(8oz) Lasagna Noodles
1 lbsMild Pork Sausage
1 Jar (32oz) Spaghetti Sauce
1 Egg, slightly beaten
12 ozRicotta Cheese
1 tbspDried Parsley Flakes
1/2 tspDried Whole Oregano
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
3 cupMozzarella Cheese *
4 1/2 ozSliced Mushrooms, drained
1 pack(3 ½oz) Sliced Pepperoni
Procedures:
1* shredded and divided cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, omitting salt, and then drain.
2Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain.
3Stir spaghetti sauce into sausage, and set aside.
4Combine egg and next five ingredients, stirring well.
5Spread about ?cup meat sauce in a lightly greased 13x9x2" baking dish.
6Layer half of the noodles, half of ricotta cheese mixture, one-third of mozzarella cheese, and one-third of remaining meat sauce; repeat layers using equal amounts.
7Arrange mushrooms and pepperoni slices on top.
8Bake at 375?for 20 mins.
9Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake an additional five mins
