| | Eggs | | 1/3
| cup | Water | | 1/4
| cup | CRISCO Oil or CRISCO | | | -PURITAN Oil | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped pecans | | | TOPPING | | 1
| pack | Cream cheese, softened (8oz) | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1
| lbs | Confectioners' sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla extract |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Grease bottom of 13x9" pan | | 3 | For brownies, combine brownie mix, contents of fudge packet from mix, 2 eggs, water and oil in large bowl. | | 4 | Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. | | 5 | Stir in pecans. | | 6 | Spread evenly in pan. | | 7 | For topping, beat cream cheese in large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. | | 8 | Beat in 2 eggs, confectioners" sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. | | 9 | Spread evenly over brownie mixture. | | 10 | Bake at 350°F. | | 11 | For 45-50 minutes or until edges and top are golden brown and shiny. | | 12 | Cool completely. | | 13 | Refrigerate until well chilled. | | 14 | Cut into bars. | | 15 | makes 48 bars. |
