Larry booth's sweet & sour ribs

Ingredients:
2 lbsSpareribs
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspHoney
1 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspVinegar
1 can8 oz Pineapple chunks
2 tbspCornstarch
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspOil for frying
2 tbspBrown sugar
1 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Cut ribs into 1 or 2 rib pieces.
2In a large pan, cover ribs with water.
3Bring to a bol, and simmer 20 minutes.
4Drain thoroughly.
5Pat dry with a paper towel.
6In a shallow dish, combine 2 t cornstarch, 2 t soy sauce, salt and honey.
7Blend well.
8Coat drained ribs with honey mixture.
9Fry in hot oil (or shortening) in a mini-fryer for about 1 minute until brown and crispy.
10Drain well.
11Spoon sweet and sour sauce over fried ribs and serve warm.

13Stir in vinegar and 1 t soy sauce.
14Add pineapple chunks with juice.
15Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and translucent.
