| cup | WALNUTS, CHOPPED | | 1/2
| cup | BUTTER | | 1
| tsp | GARLIC POWDER | | 1/2
| tsp | SALT | | 1/2
| tsp | PEPPER | | 3
| lbs | CHICKEN PIECES, SKINNED |

Procedures:
| 1 | Chop nuts and cereal in food processor until crumbs are fine. | | 2 | Set aside. | | 3 | Combine butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. | | 4 | Stir well. | | 5 | Dredge chicken in butter mixture then in cereal mixture. | | 6 | Arrange chicken in a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. | | 7 | Pour remaining butter mixture over the chicken. | | 8 | Bake at 350 deg f. for 1 hour or until done |
