| 1 | Cut ribs into 1 or 2 rib pieces. |
| 2 | In a large pan, cover ribs with water. |
| 3 | Bring to a bol, and simmer 20 minutes. |
| 4 | Drain thoroughly. |
| 5 | Pat dry with a paper towel. |
| 6 | In a shallow dish, combine 2 t cornstarch, 2 t soy sauce, salt and honey. |
| 7 | Blend well. |
| 8 | Coat drained ribs with honey mixture. |
| 9 | Fry in hot oil (or shortening) in a mini-fryer for about 1 minute until brown and crispy. |
| 10 | Drain well. |
| 11 | Spoon sweet and sour sauce over fried ribs and serve warm. |

| 13 | Stir in vinegar and 1 t soy sauce. |
| 14 | Add pineapple chunks with juice. |
| 15 | Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and translucent. |
