Ingredients:

| cup | Margarine, softened | | 1
| cup | Peanut butter | | 1 1/2
| cup | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 1/3
| cup | Water | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 3
| cup | QUAKER Oats uncooked | | | -(quick or old fashioned) | | 1 1/2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | | Granulated sugar |

Procedures:
