Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground turkey or ground beef | | 1
| | Large onion, diced | | 4
| cup | Ragu sauce with mushrooms or | | | 2 16 oz cans low salt toma- | | | To sauce(4 cups) | | 1
| cup | Water | | 3
| tbsp | Chopped basil or | | 1
| tsp | Dry basil | | 1
| lbs | Lasagna noodles uncooked | | 1
| lbs | Part-skim ricotta cheese | | 2
| cup | Grated mozzarella cheese | | 1
| cup | Grated parmesan cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown turkey(or beef) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. | | 2 | Drain; add onion. | | 3 | Cook over low heat until onion is soft. | | 4 | Stir in tomato sauce or ragu sauce, water & basil. | | 5 | Remove from heat. | | 6 | Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. | | 7 | Spoon some tomato sauce(or ragu sauce) over the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. | | 8 | Cover with uncooked noodles. | | 9 | Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the noodles along with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese & sauce. | | 10 | Repeat, ending with tomato sauce(or ragu sauce). | | 11 | Sprinkle with mozzarella & parmesan. | | 12 | Bake, covered, for 45 minutes, & then uncovered for another 25 to 30 minutes until brown & bubbling. ~ |
