Ingredients:
2 lbsGround lamb
1 largeCan whole tomatoes
1 largeHead of cabbage cut up
1 largeOnion, chopped
1 1/2 tbspOil
Salt to taste
Dash of pepper
Procedures:
1Simmer onion in oil.
2Add meat and brown.
3Add salt and pepper and tomatoes.
4Let cook until meat is done.
5Cut up cabbage and continue cooking about 20 minutes or longer.
6Add a little boiling water if more liquid is needed.
7Do not overcook cabbage.
8If desired, make a thickening: brown about 1 tablespoon flour with a small spoonful of oil.
9Add a little chopped onion
