Add vodka and Kahlua in a medium sized glass, fill just a lil' bit more then half way with Coke, and add cream or milk to the top.

Stir.

Careful, too much Coke and too little cream/milk will cause it to curdle!! Can also substitute Root beer for the Coke to make a Root beer Paralyzer.
