Ingredients:

4 ozWhipped cream cheese
2 ozSmoked salmon, cut slivers
1 tbspSour cream
1 tspFresh lemon juice
1 tbspFresh dill, minced or
1 tspDillweed
1/8 tspSalt
1/8 tspFreshly ground pepper
MIDWESTERN
4 ozWhipped cream cheese with
-chives
2 ozHam, diced
2 tspHoney mustard
1/8 tspFreshly ground pepper
CALIFORNIAN
1 cupRicotta cheese
1/3 cupRadishes, diced
1/3 cupCucumbers, seed, dice
1/4 cupParsley, chopped
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspLemon peel, grated
PIZZA SNACK
6 ozCan tomato paste
1 tspDried oregano leaves
5 Whole wheat or white bagels
-split
1/2 cupGreen bell pepper, mushroom
-or black olives, chopped
3 ozMozzarella cheese, shredded
Procedures:
1This is for 4 bagels, halved and toasted.
2New yorker-combine cream cheese, salmon, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
3Midwestern-combine cream cheese, ham, mustard and pepper.
4Californian-combine ricotta, radishes, cucumbers, parsley, salt and lemon peel.
5Pizza snack-heat oven to 450°F.
6In small bowl, combine tomato paste and oregano.
7Spread each bagel half with 1t paste mixture.
8Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
9Top each with bell pepper; sprinkle with cheese.
10Bake at 450°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
