Crispy beef pie

Ingredients:
2 tspOil
1 smallOnion, peeled and chopped
8 ozCan tomatoes in juice
7 ozCan Corned Beef
1 packCheese and Onion Crisps
Green Vegetable to Serve
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 180c, 250°F, gas mark Heat oil, add onion and fry for about 5 minutes until starting to colour.
2Drain tomatoes (reserving juice) and add to the pan.
3Leave mixture to cool slightly.
4Mash corned beef and mix in cooled tomato mixture.
5Bind together with reserved tomato juice and turn into 1.5 pint pie dish.
6Arrange a layer of crisps on top and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
7Serve crispy beef pie hot, with a green vegetable.
