Ingredients:
| | QUINCE JELLY GLAZE | | 1
| tsp | Minced Garlic | | 1
| tbsp | Unsalted Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Quince Jelly | | 1
| tbsp | Freshly Chopped Rosemary, or | | 1
| tsp | Dried Rosemary | | 1/4
| tsp | Freshly Cracked Black Pepper | | | Salt to Taste | | | BROILED LAMB CHOPS | | 8
| | Lamb Rib Chops, 1" thick |

Procedures:
| 1 | Quince jelly glaze: in small saucepan, saute garlic in butter over medium heat. | | 2 | Add jelly, rosemary, pepper and aslt. | | 3 | Mix well. | | 4 | Cook, stirring constantly, until jelly has just melted. | | 5 | Remove from heat and set aside. | | 6 | Broiled lamb chops: preheat electric broiler. | | 7 | It is not necessary to preheat a gas broiler. | | 8 | Arrang chops on rack in broiler pan. | | 9 | Generously brush top side of each chop wtih half the glaze. | | 10 | Broil chops 3-4" from the heat for 6 minutes until browned. | | 11 | Turn chops over. | | 12 | Brush with remaining glaze. | | 13 | Broil for 4-5 minutes until done to your liking. |
