Lamb rib chops wih quince jelly glaze

Ingredients:
QUINCE JELLY GLAZE
1 tspMinced Garlic
1 tbspUnsalted Butter
1/2 cupQuince Jelly
1 tbspFreshly Chopped Rosemary, or
1 tspDried Rosemary
1/4 tspFreshly Cracked Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
BROILED LAMB CHOPS
8 Lamb Rib Chops, 1" thick
Procedures:
1Quince jelly glaze: in small saucepan, saute garlic in butter over medium heat.
2Add jelly, rosemary, pepper and aslt.
3Mix well.
4Cook, stirring constantly, until jelly has just melted.
5Remove from heat and set aside.
6Broiled lamb chops: preheat electric broiler.
7It is not necessary to preheat a gas broiler.
8Arrang chops on rack in broiler pan.
9Generously brush top side of each chop wtih half the glaze.
10Broil chops 3-4" from the heat for 6 minutes until browned.
11Turn chops over.
12Brush with remaining glaze.
13Broil for 4-5 minutes until done to your liking.
