2 cupCake flour
3/4 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt

1/3 cupToasted walnuts, optional
1 tbspGrated orange zest
Procedures:
1Raisin puree is the basis for the dough of this rich-tasting, chewy bar.
2The combination of orange and chocolate is a classic favorite.
3We considered cutting the amount of chocolate in the recipe, thereby cut- ting the fat, but in the end we agreed that the extra richness is worth the extra grams of fat.
4(by times food stylists) sift together flour, baking powder and salt into large bowl.
5Stir in oats and brown sugar.
6Beat egg whites lightly in another bowl.
7Stir in raisin puree.
