Lamb patties with vegetables provencal

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround raw lamb
1 Large egg
2 tbspBread crumbs
1 1/4 tspSalt
1 tspRosemary
1 dashHot pepper sauce
1 tbspOlive oil
1 Med onion cut in rings
2 largeCloves crushed garlic
8 ozZucchini cut in ?
Slices
14 1/4 ozCanned tomatoes
16 ozCan sm whole potatoes
Drained
Procedures:
1Mix lamb, egg, bread crumbs, 1 t salt, ?t rosemary and hot pepper sauce in bowl.
2Shape into 8 patties.
3Heat oil in large skillet over high heat.
4Add lamb patties and cook about 2 min per side until done as desired.
5Remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
6Add onion and garlic to pan drips.
7Cook over med heat until onion is golden, stirring occasionally.
8Stir in zucchini and tomatoes.
9Season with remaining salt and rosemary.
10Cover and simmer about 10 min until zucchini is tender.
11Stir in potatoes; put lamb patties on top of vegetables.
12Cover and heat through.
13Sprinkle with parsley. serve
