Almond Extract

Coconut, shredded

Cereal, flaked
Procedures:

Beat egg whites until light, gradually beat in sugar and salt and continue beating until stiff.

Add flavoring and fold in coconut and cereal.

Drop from tip of a teaspoon onto greased cookiesheets.

Bake in 350°F oven for 15 -20 minutes
