Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
10 tbspButter, softened
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
1/2 cupFirmly packed brown sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tspVanilla extract
1 packNESTLE Toll House semi-sweet
-chocolate morsels, divided
1/2 cupPeanut butter
1 cupCut-up fruit, such as
-bananas and strawberries
-(opt)
1 cupChopped candy bars, such as
-NESTLE CRUNCH bars
-BUTTERFINGER bars, ALPINE
-WHITE bars, GOOBERS and
-RAISINETS
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3in large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
4Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
5Gradually beat in flour mixture.
6Stir in 1 cup nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
7Spread batter in lightly greased 12" to 14" pizza pan or 15 ½x10 ? jelly-roll pan.
8Bake 20-24 minutes or until lightly browned.
9immediately sprinkle remaining 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels over crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto morsels.
10Let stand 5 minutes or until soft and shiny.
11Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over crust.
12Top with fruit and candy.
13Cut into wedges.
14Serve warm.
