Ingredients:
2 eachGreen peppers
2 eachStalks of celery
1 eachGarlic clove
1 eachFlowerets of med cauliflower
1 cupTuna fish drained
1 tspGranulated sugar
1 eachMedium onion
3 eachCarrots
1/2 lbsSliced mushrooms
2 tbspOil
1 eachJuice of one lemon
13 ozBottle of ketchup
Procedures:
1Finely chop peppers, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and cauliflower; cook in hot oil for 5 minutes, mix well.
2Cook 5 minutes.
3Pour into sterilzed jars, cool and refrigerate.
4When serving, place antipasto in a pretty dish, surround with crackers.
