| 1 | Set oven control to broil. |

| 10 | Place patties on microwavable rack in microwavable dish. |
| 11 | Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish ?turn after 3 minutes, until patties are almost done. |
| 12 | Let stand covered 3 minutes. |
