Butterscotch cream cheese bars

Ingredients:
1 pack12 oz Butterscotch Chips
6 tbspButter
2 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1 cupFinely chopped walnuts
2 pack8 oz each cream cheese, soft
1/2 cupSugar
4 Eggs
1/4 cupFlour
2 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1In a small heavy saucepan over low heat (or in a microwave oven in a microwave safe bowl or saucepan for 4 minutes on 70% power), melt the butterscotch chips and butter, stirring until smooth.
2If you use a microwave safe saucepan or bowl, be sure to cover it.
3Transfer to large bowl.
4With a fork, stir in the graham cracker crumbs and walnuts until the mixture resembles crumbs; reserve 2 cups for the topping.
5Press remaining mixture into a 13 x 9 x 3 baking pan and bake in preheated 350f oven for 12 minutes.
6In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
7Slowly add one egg at a time, beating after each addition.
8Add flour and lemon juice, and beat until smooth.
9Pour over hot baked crust, and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
10Bake at 350f for 25 minutes.
11Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
12Cut into 2 x 1 inch bars.
13Chill before serving.
