Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupCooked, cubed roast beef
1/2 Stick of margarine
1/2 cupFlour
1 1/2 cupHot water
1/2 cupMustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1In a microwave bowl, melt margarine; add flour, hot water and milk, and stir, microwaving on high for 1 minute at a time after each addition.
2Stir well after each minute until the gravy is nice and smooth.
3Add the mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
4Heat through well, about 3 minutes on high.
5Add beef and microwave until warm.
6Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles or rice and a vegetable.
